{ Ode to Rubber } Stamps!

Flip Flop Sherri at The Stamp Shack posted this poem and I just had to share it here in case some of you have never seen it. I think I will print it out on cardstock, then stamp a frame for it to hang here in my stamping room! :) I can relate!

ODE TO RUBBER

I think that I shall never see
My life return to normalcy.
A life where rubber had no part
But now whose mention thrills my heart.
And keeps me thinking all the day
Of how I can find time to play.
A life where I am free to think
Of other things than stamps and ink.
And life was calm, and life was quiet,
But I saw a stamp, and I HAD to buy it.
And the rest, as they say, is history . . .
I don't have stamps . . . my stamps have me!
