{cQc #120} Hello, My Friends!

Today's card is a clean and simple design that was easy to create.  The focus is on the designer paper with a large button to make it pop.   I really *love* this week's Colour Q Color Challenge colors!  I don't have the new Stampin' Up "In Colors" Wisteria Wonder and Island Indigo so I tried to find a designer paper in these same shades.    I distressed the dp a bit and stamped the sentiment in Bravo Burgandy.

The sentiment stamp is from my $1 M's collection.  I can never pass those up! :)  The designer paper is from a mat pad by K & Company ~ Abrianna.

It's been a fun and busy week for us ...  hubby celebrated his 60th birthday so we went out to eat a couple times with family and friends.   Today we took our little dachshund in for a grooming and went shopping for wood flooring for our living room.  We've still got the same carpet we put in 20+ years ago so it's really time for an update!

Tomorrow, I'll be back to show the 60th birthday card I made for MW using my Cricut machine.  Stay tuned. . .

Well, you couldn't have found any DP any more PERFECT than this! I love it! Plus I love your "cleaning" quote!! That's what I've been doing all day---stuffing stuff in less obvious places!

You aced using those colours, Pam :) Great card.

Happy B-Day to your hubby, a fellow January baby. I'm a decade behind him as of today :) I hope your little dog is a long haired one as I can't imagine a short haired one getting groomed LOL!

Have a great weekend :)

I love the colors in this beautiful card!
The quote; that's me all the way this week. Out of sight, out of mind.
Looking for a wood floor sounds very nice. I hate carpet, and the wood will look beautiful.
You get your doggie groomed? Seriously? We have a doggie shower...LOL it works great! It helps that Morgan takes care of them, she trims their nails and everything. Pampered Puppies....gotta love them.
Can't wait to see your MW's birthday card. Glad you got to celebrate!
