{MTSC56} Chew, Chew, I Like YOU! :)

It's Tuesday and time for Mercy's Sketch Challenge!

Today's card is a wee bit "cheezy", but I couldn't resist.  The cute little "chew chew" train and sentiment are from the Stampin' Up! Whoo's your Valentine set.  (Thank you Mercy! ; )

For some reason I struggled with this sketch and perhaps it was because I was persistent in using this image even though it wasn't quite large enough.  Then, I couldn't figure out the best way to attach the sentiment.  You would have laughed out loud to watch me. :)   I had it all in one piece, then cut like a tag and placed all over the front.  Also, at one time I had 3 yellow buttons on the upper right side.   LOL! :)

The base cardstock is textured Melon Mambo, and I've layered it with Rich Razzleberry and a piece of the Razzleberry Lemonade Designer Paper.  I gave this layer some random stitching and the other layer was embossed with my polka dot embossing folder. The Crushed Curry polka dot ribbon tied onto a silver clip finishes it off.  Sorry, you're not getting the buttons...  ha ha!

I'm *really* anxious to see what the other Muses created with this sketch and how many of them put *something* in that upper right hand corner.   :)    I'm not really happy with mine, but it will have to do since it's getting too late to start over.   Please tell me what you think and if you have any suggestions on what it needs.  I can take it!  ;)

You've got a lot of choices. If getting out of bed in the morning is a chore and you're not smiling on a regular basis, try another choice. ~Steven D. Woodhull

So cute, Pam! Yup, I contemplated buttons and brads, but you'll have to go see what I ended up with. I quite like it. :D
