We just took a trip to the apple orchards and enjoyed the fall foliage on the mountains, and the large orchards with great bins of apples in the produce stands. The smell of fresh apples is in the air, and they always have someone cutting samples of the many varieties they sell. You will have to stop by my blog this weekend and see some pictures of our trip! By the way...I love the card and the wonderful pictures on the paper.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5164750377908927196.post-78335255194791132062008-10-07T17:46:00.000-05:002008-10-07T17:46:00.000-05:00Very pretty papers! So beautiful. We get crazy hot winds in Oct. and Nov. called Santa Ana Winds. Unfortunately fires usually go along with them. So, in the fall I always get all my paperwork cleared out and make sure my fire safe has all the most current information. I get ready to evacuate in the fall. In spite of the bad parts I love the crisp nights, pretty leaves and fresh apples.Tami Bayerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11540576998753254535noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5164750377908927196.post-81016753901471653232008-10-07T09:48:00.000-05:002008-10-07T09:48:00.000-05:00Pam, you struggled with this? It's a beautiful time of year, leaves changing, the smell of leaves, going to the cider mill AND getting fresh cider & warm donuts, and apple recipes baking in the oven. These are just a few of my Fall favorites!Jennifer E.https://www.blogger.com/profile/08960379155528628807noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5164750377908927196.post-31720977987347130252008-10-07T07:28:00.000-05:002008-10-07T07:28:00.000-05:00Now that truly is an autumn card if I ever saw one...Now that truly is an autumn card if I ever saw one! Growing up in FL I didn't have much fall. No leaves changing, no temps getting cooler so when I moved to NC the first time in 1989 I was in 7th heaven! I still love it here and get so excited when I see the leaves start to change!Sherri Thackerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14508875545520851935noreply@blogger.com
